I have windows XP, and reformatted computer. It wouldnt play DVD's because said that I needed DVD Decoder. So I installed it off the recovery CD, but now Im getting error that says "Windows Media Player cannot play thid DVD because a problem occured with digital copyright protection." If anyone knows how to fix this problem is aprecciate it. Thank yo.

You may need to install a 3rd party DVD software like Win DVD

Have you installed WMP9, if so when doing so you were promptd to click
certain boxes for DRM, you need to undo those.
