full screen

when i try to play video files and switch to full screen
mode, the video never changes size and then immediatley
switches back to normal mode and is then offset in the
screen. any ideas?

Is this with all videos?
Is it the same in all players?
Have you tried updating both the player and the graphics card drivers.
