follow freeman - stuck

stuck near the end of follow freeman, with that dog thing apparently trying
to bury a bone in front of the citadel wall. nothing happens, and can't
quite see what to do here. all the resistance boys hanging around like
pavement hookers, and would like a hint if anyone has one.

Is that the bit where dog lifts part of the Citadel wall and you are
meant to go down through the gap he's made.... ?

It's a bit of a jump isn't it? I mean, er, chartered accountancy to lion
taming in one go.
You don't think it might be better if you worked your way toward lion
taming, say, via banking...

Dog has lifted the edge of the wall, so crouch down and crawl to the
hole in the pavement, and drop down into it.

Erm, you're pish at games right? How can you not see that he's lifting up
the wall for you to get into a gap underneath? Is your monitor suffering
from thick horizontal bands all over the screen or something?
