How can I make a recovery Disk

Check the manual for your computer, each model is different. If you have a recovery partition, the computer may have a utility to create a set of disks in a Program Files menu, or when you boot to the recovery area it may have an option to create a disk set. If you don't have media nor a recovery partition, you need to contact the vendor to get one shipped to you.
