I've a problem: I use XP (sp1 with all upgrades), WMP9 and MoveMaker2. I
can't use MM2 to edit mpeg2 When I try MM2 see the mpeg2 as an audio-track
and not as a video-track. I've not these problems with avi, wmv or mpeg1
files, but only with mpeg2 files. I've the mpeg2 codec, I can see dvd or
mpeg2 with dvd and MediaPlayer9.
Sorry for my bad english.
Thanks.
Maurizio

MM2 is not best placed for editing Mpeg files. It would be best to convert
it from Mpeg2 to avi and then use the avi file in MM2 to edit.
