Placing the secondary monitor to the left of the primary causes some
applications to behave differently than if the secondary monitor is to the
right.

One application won't allow itself to be moved, only resized, if placed on
the secondary monitor when on the left. Another has right-click behavior
changed if on the left.

Any thoughts?
