Hi!
I have win xp home on my pc. I had a problem so I
had to use the system recovery to install everything
from scratch. Now it is about a few days that everytime
that I start my pc, I receive the massage about missing
the file: HCWUTL32.DLL
The resolution is awful, may be due to this missing
file. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
