H17 Bluetooth Mic works with Skype, but nothing else!

I just purchased a H17 Bluetooth Mic. I was able to pair it to my PC (running Windows 7 x64) without any problems, but I'm having trouble using it with all my applications (specifically Vent, Teamspeak, and Sound Recorder). Oddly, it works with Skype. When I go to the sound configuration under Control panel the Mic shows no activity when speaking into it. All Drivers are up to date and the device manager reports everything is working properly.

If anyone has any idea what may be wrong, please help!
