Can't Play Javascript Type Videos

I can not get any javascript type of video file to work.
I am running Windows XP, Windows Media Play 9.0 and
Internet Explorer 6.0 on a HP Pavillion MX70. I am able
to display movies and audio but not javascript video.
Suggestions invited.

Javascript is not a video type but a scripting language that is used in
webpages. Provide more details what exactly you cannot view.
