When i try to play some videos that have been send to me
or downloaded i get error message C00D11CD can any one
tell me what this is and how to over come it

Do they play ok,you might chk in event viewer,click on the url for
any event/error,this opens help/support in xp,usually with a fix or
at least detailed info.
