Saving a MSWMM in an .avi format

I want to take what I saved in Movie Maker .mswmm file
and save it in a mpeg of avi format. Can it be done?

your mswmm is the project file, you need to go to save movie and choose show
more choices and then pick dv-avi from the drop down list. You cannot save
as a mpeg with MM.
