IP Will Not Release/Renew

When I open a command prompt and try to release my IP, I get this error.

But is there a problem? The wired adapter seems to actually have released its address, the only one showing is the link-local IPv6 address beginning with FE80, which is expected to be there.

So what is actually not working? :)
