i've a video that i downloaded from the internet and i've been trying for
three weeks now to import it this is the best video i have and i need to make
video it's kinda my job. can someone help me please.

Give us a big clue here... what is the file extension of this 'video' that
you downloaded from the internet, and to which application are you trying to
import it?
