No right click in Start/Programs

I have nvidia GeForce 5200 128mb using driver 6.14.10.5672 & XP home SP1(not
SP2!!) and when I right click on a program under Start/Programs nothing
happens. The screen flickers as if something tries to appear but cant. I can
right click everywhere else (desktop etc) but not here. Does anyone know if
this is a problem with the above mentioned card or XP or my PC,if so what do
I do. I really need to list the programs alphabetically and apparently this
is the way to do it,at the moment they're all over the place.
