Direct X 9.0b/TV Tuner Hotfix

I suspect the settings for at least one country (South
Africa) are incorrect in the Hotfix.

When the country of operation is selected on both mine and
other TV cards, perfect video pictures are received, but
the sound on each channel is only a hiss or the actual
audio is so faint it is unusable.

I belive this might be due to the fact the the local
version of PAL I has a very slightly different video/audio
offset to other countries where PAL I is the standard.

Does anyone have any idea of how the preset in DivX can be
adjusted?
