Before downloading anything try clearing out your cache files!

Internet Explorer defaults to temporarily save copies of WebPages, images, media for faster viewing on cache. You can clear them to help IE run quicker. Here’s the way:

Step 1

Click Tool on Menu Bar / Internet Options.

In General tap/ Browsing History box, click Delete.

Step 2

Check Temporary Internet Files then click Delete (check or uncheck others title also according to your concern.)

Step 3

Now temporary data on cache have been canceled and you can reset default for IE not to save copies after closing browser.

Back to Internet Options / Advanced tap / Security title / check “Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed”.

Also, check out this site for some more great information:

I hope this helps!
