Outlook troubles

Hoping someone might be able to help me with an outlook problems. I recently clean installed windows and have reinstalled outlook. I saved my mail file (Personal Folders(1).pst before formating the big 'c', but now I can't get my emails out of it. Seems like it won't recognise the file at all. I am sure I did this last time I clean installed but this is a tad baffling. Anyone know how I can do this?

Did you imported it using File/Import/Messages menu?

Yeah have done. I did just notice though that there is not an entry for importing Outlook files but there is one for Outlook Express. Any other ideas?

Make sure you go to windows update and get the latest version of outlook. I could not import my address book until I did. Just an idea.
