how do i uninstall array manager for dell servers?

I keep getting setup failed to launch installation engine, access
denied. I grant administrator full control in the com permission
utility but no luck, any suggestions.

i found a utility call oemclean, i manage to get it back install
granting permissions to the DCOM service to the administrator.
