pls help i cannot go onat water hazard

Pls. help!!!
I stopped in the Haf Life 2 at the Chapter: Water Hazard, where are two old,
wrong boat, where two car with rockets or what strike me, there I cannot go
on. I think I must go up to the canal, that is situated high. I tried this
without my Air Boat, and I can go to a Fence, a big steel fence, but a
helicopter always shout me and I die.
How I go on? Where is the two old boat.

Very thanks, there was a problem me. But interesting, because I can go cross
the woods and fence with my air boat at the start of ramp and I tried to
jump across the ramp, but my air boat cannot jump enough high to go into the
pipe but if I went onto the ramp after your recommendation I can go into the
pipe. Maybe some small problem on game, but very good game and very thanks
to your help!
