I have the Casio Exilim Z4U digital camera, after a brief search on the
Internet I have found that the Z4U is a special U.S. model released without
video recording capabilities, apparently due to some court case (probably
about a year ago). The Z4 is the international model, exactly the same
camera, but with video record.

I found this information from reviews on the camera (Z4U) at CNet and
Amazon.com, one person who reviewed the camera suggested that Casio might
release a video record software update for the Z4U if they win the court
case. But after much searching on the Internet and on Casio's website, there
is a complete lack of information on this matter.
Does anyone know if there is or will be a software update? And what the
progress is on the court case?

Thanks

Dave
