Cant't Play Live Streams in Windows Media 10

I Lately installed Windows Media 10 on my computer and
since then i cant play Live Streaming Videos from the web
in windows media 9 it worked fine.

It actually plays but it plays like a broken tape
recorder.

I checked the statistics and what i noticed is that the
Frame rate was 15 fps and the actual Frame rate was like
7 fps.
