burning a vcd from movie maker's movie

it creates a wmv format only and which is not supported
by NERO atleast, how to burn it in vcd ( viewable on TV ).

all converters i got leave one or other watremark and
spoil the movie completely.

1. Capture in DV AVI
2. Save in DV AVI from MM. (In the save movie wizard where it asks for Movie
Settings, select Show more choices and select DV AVI from drop down menu).
3. Use TMPGenc to encode to MPEG1. Its completely free.
4. Use nero to burn.

Bear in mind to capture in dv-avi you need to use firewire and not
usb/analogue means.

i have used NERO to burn VCD from wmv file successfully. you can select the
wmv file by choose "all file" type. or maybe you need a version up.
