Since I installed the latest MS service pack, and NAV 2005, when I capture
video, via fire wire, it is jerky and no longer smooth. I need help badly.
I'm using Pinnacle studio 9 and their web site is not user friendly, or very
helpful.

Bob - I have experienced the same problem when using Premiere 6.5 ........
have you discovered a solution?

Disable the Antivirus software when capturing.... just remember to re-enable
it afterwards. Some antivirus software has a 'snooze' function so that you
don't forget. I won't use any Symantec product, so I'm unsure if NAV does
or not.
