Windows 7 32 bit help

I have windows 7 32 bit installed , but i upgraded to 8gb and i want to utilize my ram.


Is it possible to upgrade from windows 7 32 bit to windows 7 64 bit ? if so, how ?

No, there is no upgrade path from 32 to 64 bit. A clean install is necessary.

i really dont get why there is a 32-bit windows 7 seriously like if your processor isnt 64-bit your rig is too old, hell if you had a P4 with 64-bit or an AMD A64 ~3000+ even there 64-bit and too old and pathetic to run smoothly in Windows 7

You can utilize the unused RAM as the pagefile.
