I've downloaded the Shockwave player, but I still cannot play an online video
from atom films (Good to be in D.C. or This Land) and also cannot play on
line video from NBC.com Tonight Show, Ask the FruitCake Lady video - nothing
comes up in NBC Screening Room video.

Please help -- I really want to be able to view these videos.

You need to open WMP9,tools,options,then select "connect to the internet".
