Hi,

After buying the LiteOn CDRW drive, I noticed that it requires a PIII
450 MHz. I have a Celeron 700, will the drive work with this?

Thanks,

Ralph

Yep, it'll work fine. I ran one on much less horsepower than that fine.

Sure, the drives will work. On the other hand, if it is a 48x drive,
you might only be able to run it at 24x without getting buffer underrun
errors, and not have any other applications running. But once you
figure out what it will do, it should run. It just won't be able to run
at what the manufacturer claims it will run under optimal conditions.
