PC to TV

I have a ATI Diamond Stealth S60 Video card with tv out I have done
everything the book said to do.But what i get on the TV is just the Desktop
background that all. Is the something I can do. Please help

I got detailed information for this procedure, from Dell web sight.
Haven't tried it because was asking for other information and they obviously
misunderstood me, I got 9 pages of information, so you might try it.
