TV out function enable, CAN't PLAY DVD

I have the following problem:

Error Code: F4D41436

TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.
This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is
enabled.

How can I disable this function? or something other configuration of my
video card.

I am having the exact same problem, with the exact same error code, and
"pavlo" is the only person to point this problem out yet. No one has
answered this, to my knowledge. Is this standard operating procedure when
Uncle Bill doesn't know the answer, or has screwed up again and can't fix it?
By the Way, my DVD played fine before the SP2 update...

I thought I would offer this info as I haven't seen any solution online that solved my problem but the one I figured out myself.
Our school had two laptops that were identical. One of the laptops had a black screen but you could barely see the icons on the desktop if you turned it just right. The video driver on it was SIS650 and the other laptop that worked had SIS M650_651_650_740. So I downloaded SIS M650 Graphics Driver V6.13.10.2140 to My Documents, turned OFF system restore, and restarted. Then I ran setup on the SIS M650 Graphics Driver V6.13.10.2140 pkg and it corrected the problem with the black screen. Then I started to work over the other laptop which needed updating etc and realized that it wouldn't play DVDs with the error code: F4D41436 The TV out port of your display car is not working properly. I decided to rerun the same pkg (SIS M650 Graphics Driver V6.13.10.2140) on the duplicate laptop and it fixed the DVD problem. The video problem on one and the DVD problem on the other was solved with SIS M650 Graphics Driver V6.13.10.2140
