My Razer Imperator wont work :'( HELP!!!

for some reason my razer imperator mouse stopped working few days ago. i have tried reinstalling drivers and updating firmware but nothing work. top buttons scroll wheel and side buttons all work but its not lighting up og tracking when i move it. it will show up in devices but imperator configurator dont detect it... PLEASE HELP!!
