Hi everyone.

I'm running Windows XP Pro, SP 2.

A few days ago, I had to format my computer. Before that, I had two
shortcuts for a Windows Movie Editor utility, and an encoding program
that converted digital video to WMV format. These utilities were
separate from Windows Movie Maker.

I'll be darned if I can remember how I created those shortcuts, and
where those two utilities are located. I'm not even sure if they are
part of Windows XP or had to be downloaded separately.

The Editor let me trim and split WMV files. It was NOT the same thing
as the editor in Windows Movie Maker. The encoder was similar to
Real/Helix Producer.

Can anyone please tell me where these tools are located? Or, do I
have to download them separately? If so, from where? I checked the
Microsoft web site and didn't find them, but I might not have been
looking in the right place.

Thank you very much!
