Programs deselected/minimizing

This is driving me crazy! Google Chrome and other programs deselect themselves randomly, and when I play full screen games it minimizes randomly. I've ran a scan of my computer, played around with task manager, all to no avail! Can someone give me an answer, or appoint me to a thread that has one?

Windows 7 SP1

Disable Error Reporting Service

Just go to Control Panel

Type in "problem reporting settings" in the Search box

Select 'choose how to check for solutions'

Select Never check for solutions

You must be Administrator... if you using multiple accounts...Follow instructions from: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/4550-problem-reports-solutions-change-problem-reporting-settings.html


Some people reported Windows Firewall is the issue and that using a 3rd Party firewall can also solve the issue
