I am trying to install the USB drivers for the DCRTRV350 to use it as a web
cam. However, when I install them, in perfect complience with the
directions, I get a warning from windows about the drivers not passing
windows logo testing for compatibility. If I continue anyway it will
install the USB drivers, however my TCP connection will be disabled and I
cannot use Internet Explorer, but MSN Messenger still will work. If I reset
the computer, I loose my IP and nothing works. The only way I was able to
reestablish the internet was through system restore. Does anybody have a
solution? I connect to the internet via broadband cable. I have downloaded
the latest drivers, including the USB 2.0 Patch with the same results.
There is nothing in Sony's knowlege base about this.
