[SOLVED] Driver for usb firewire cable

i bought firewire usb cable but my computer seems not to recognize it...and i have tried all i could to get the driver through the internet but couldn't. i need a help plssss....

There are plenty of Firewire -to-USB adapters available, so OP might quite well has one of these.
