blank screen troubles

Hi all. Got a dual screen set up on windows xp pro and I’m having problems
viewing video content on both screens. Power dvd 6 only plays on second
screen (I get audio but no visual on the primary), wares video capture is
only viewable on the first screen. I’ve tried every setting I can think of
but nothing works. Please help as it is very annoying.
Ps I have the latest drivers for my graphics card. (I even tried an Ati
graphics card. It does the same!!)
