i've had my computer re-formatted (uggh!) and am trying to get it back to my
customizations. on my desk top, i'm temporarily using one of the pictures
that come with the system. however, i'm trying to change the color of the
sand dune and when i select the color i want and hit 'apply' it goes to a
neutral color and then right back to the color it was before. i've previously
changed the color of this sand dune before but this time it just will not
change. what am i doing wrong?
thanks!

sonja the sand dunes is a picture, its color cannot be changed by changing
the colors int he settings. However you can edit the picture in paint and
change its color that way.
