This is when playing back on your household dvd player?
PC dvd player?
Does it always stick at the same point?
In all dvd players?
What settings did you use?
What make of disc?
Have you tried with another disc?
Do you get the same result?

Also look at burning at 1x or maybe 2x, and look at teh bitrate used to
encode to mpeg, nothing more than 8,000k, if the disc is virtually full it
can also have this sort of effect, and check that your dvd player is
supposed to play this type of disc.
