Hi,
I have had exactly the same problem after running the ROM update for the
h2210, but it definetly works. The main problem I had was during the
installation the progress bar would stick at 100% and never finish, I got it
to complete by removing the H2210 from the cradle at this point. You could
try the following...
1. Remove the linksys card from the H2210
2. Remove ALL linksys drivers from the PC (add/remove and start menu)
3. Allow acive SYNC to uninstall the drivers from the H2210 (step 2 will do
this, just sync afterwards)
4. Run the H2210 ROM update
5. Reconnect the H2210 and allow sync/partnership
6. Run the WCF12 driver setup
7. If it hangs at 100% - remove the H2210 from the cradle, wait and
re-attach to the cradle
8. Remove the H2210 from the cradle again and insert the WCF12
9. The WCF12 lights should flash a few times and then stay on. You should
now be alerted (on the screen) that a new connection has been made.
This is how I got it to work, but I had tried installing the software
several times before.
Let me know how you get on,
Steve
