Restore factory settings windows 7

need to wipe out the hard drive and reinstall facory settings image
i have a recovery disk

Insert the recovery disc. Restart, and access the boot menu. Chose to boot off the CD drive. You could also tap the delete key on startup to access the BIOS. You can change the first boot device to the CD drive, and it'll also boot off the recovery disc.
