Hello to all,

I have met this problem on 2 laptops connected on external screens (output
cloned to the external screen):

Videos or DVDs play only on the external screen and not on the laptop's
screen (regardless of application, the same problem appears with Win Media
Player or PowerDVD or Quictime).

Also, on the VAIO laptop, the video continues not to play on the internal
screen, even when the external is detached.

On the Windows Media player, when I change the overlay options, I can see
the videos (but not DVDs) on both screens. The other apps don't have such
options.

Any ideas?

Except for very high end graphics cards, overlay is only supported on the
primary monitor, so it will show up on whichever is set as primary.
