Streaming wmv files from computer to tv

Is there a streaming device to connect to the tv to stream media,especially
wmv files, from a xp computer hard drive?

Thank you,but no i am not running media centre.There seems to be a lot a
devices that will stream mp3 ,some mpeg files and wma but not wmv.
