GPRS with V600 palm and laptop

I have the media works package with a Motorola V600 phone. I have
called Cingular and I am unable to find the Cingular Data Kit. I do
have Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools and have paired my Tungsten T2 and
my laptop (built in card) with the phone. My problem is I can't
figure out the settings to use to set up GPRS on the laptop and the
palm.

I can synch ring tones and phone numbers with the laptop using mobile
phone tools.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could walk me through setting up
the connection and any scripts needed for the palm.

I have not had any luck with Cingular support.
