I thought the issue was just the audio at first, but when I watch a DVD, it
seems to be stuck in fast forward. It does this on any software; WMP,
PowerDVD and Real Player. I only have this problem with DVD's, not with
streaming or any other audio/video source. I just updated my drivers for my
DVD card, audio card and PowerDVD, but it is still happening.

Any suggestions?

Do you have the proper drivers loaded for your video card? Have you checked
the Hardware Acceleration settings?

The Video card has the most up to date drivers. The hardware accelerator is
set to full.
