premier pro- open same project file on two different syste..

hello.
hope all is well.

i'm working for a guy and i want to be able to email him my premier
pro project files so he can open them and see my progress.

the footage is digitized with a small sequence already made on an
already existing project. we cloned that drive.

when opening the project on my computer, the sequence doesn't show up
anywhere and all of the media files are miss named and not linked to
the actual media.

any ideas on how to smooth this out?
