How to bind the flashlight in HL2?

I don't know how, but I've lost the binding of the flashlight
(lantern). I don't know how to bind it again. I know I must issue a
console command like "bind [key] [action]" or write it in the .cfg
file, but I don't know what to put in the field [action].

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA.

Why do you need to do it thru the console? Can't you just bind a key from
the keyboard options?

Agree with the above, but cfg/console entry is:
bind "f" "impulse 100"
