Converting from Ulead MediaStudio Pro 6.5 to Divx

What is the easiest way to convert from Ulead MediaStudio Pro 6.5 to
Divx? I saw a few different answers to this in REALLY old posts, but
they're probably out of date. (talking about DivX 3, etc.)

MediaStudio is a program, DivX a codec -two very different things. But
MediaStudio can be used to turn any AVI file into a DivX encoded one.
