I have an Axim X3 with Resco Explorer 2003. I mapped to a few shares on some
of my servers, clicked on 'Save Password', it asked to confirm the save
password and everything works great. I can access the share, etc.

The problem is that after I connect to another wireless network then connect
back or turn off the device it seems to forget the password. The second part
of the problem is that if I don't feel like entering the password for 3 to 4
different shares, it keeps popping up once in a while, I suppose with
software that looks at locations, like when opening up Microsoft Reader.

This is very annoying. I've looked around but have not found an answer. So
here are the questions:

1) Is there anyway, through a reg hack or something to get the passwords
embedded? I know this isn't a Resco problem, as I believe it's using the
underlying network capabilities that you can also use with the built in file
explorer.

2) Is there someway to unmap these shares?? I read somewhere that the only
way to do this is to do a hard reset?? Would Microsoft do something that
ridiculous? I've got so much installed that this is out of the question??

Please help!!!

Thanks,
Max
