I am considering video conference using webcamera and ICQ.

What sort of traffic should I expect?
I am on broadband (charged per Gigabyte). The camera is 30 fps, black and
white and the frames are 640x480
What else might be relevant?

The upload speed of your connection is the most important. Although you may
have a fast download speed, it is the upload speed that is going to be most
important if you are the host.

I see.
How shall I calculate the traffic?
