I connot view my vidoe clips on the PC from the mobile PC

I cannot view my vidoe clips taken from my mobile PC I-mat Jam. The error ID
= 0x80040265. Can you please advice?

What are you using to listen/watch these files?
What file types are they?
Do you have the neccessary software/hardware/codecs to play thyese files?
