When I open to load a video of any sort, the blue screen would appear right
before it is done loading. this happened awhile ago so im not sure what it
said on the blue screen. what is the problem?

It would really help to get the info off the blue screen if it happens
again, other than that what programme are you using, what type of file are
you trying to open in it.
