Hi, I'm trying to copy a large mpeg (>210 Meg) from my Sony DSC-P12 to my
laptop via PTP, and the computer refuses to do it. After investigating Sony
and Microsofts websites, their 'solution'
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;814390) is to obtain
the most recent service pack, which I already had! After installing every
single upgrade option Windows has, it still wont do anything.

Any ideas?
(BTW, sorry if this has been answered 100 times before, or is insultingly
simple, I've just no idea!). Cheers :)
